Mr. Gomes serves as an investment analyst at Penn Mutual Asset Management. Alex is responsible for identifying opportunities and conducting due diligence in support of the alternative assets portfolio.
Prior to joining Penn Mutual Asset Management, Alex worked as an investment analyst at a single-family office in the greater Philadelphia area, assisting with the analysis of alternative investments and supporting related operational functions. Alex also worked as a management consultant at Ernst & Young in the Business Services and Finance Transformation groups. In this role, he advised clients on improving business and financial processes to mitigate risk and enhance efficiency.
Alex earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a dual major in Finance and Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University with specializations in Finance and AI/Machine Learning.
