Mr. Hodge serves as information technology analyst at Penn Mutual Asset Management. In this role, Bay is responsible for providing technical support for enterprise applications, assisting in daily and month-end business processing automation, supporting business intelligence reporting and enhancing the overall information technology infrastructure and investment operations processes.
Prior to joining Penn Mutual Asset Management, Bay was a data scientist/analyst at Lenovo, where he supplied business intelligence to human resources stakeholders using dashboards and predictive analytics.
Bay earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chicago.
