Mr. Nguyen serves as a compliance analyst for Penn Mutual Asset Management. David is responsible for the implementation and testing of the compliance program of the Adviser and the proprietary fund complex, Penn Series Funds, Inc.
Prior to joining Penn Mutual Asset Management, David was an associate compliance consultant at IQ-EQ, a compliance consulting firm, where he helped clients maintain their compliance programs and satisfy SEC regulations. In this role, David conducted quarterly/annual testing of compliance programs and assisted with various regulatory filings.
David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Houston’s C. T. Bauer College of Business.
