Juan M. Carracedo

Mr. Carracedo serves as an investment analyst at Penn Mutual Asset Management. Juan is responsible for providing quantitative analysis and portfolio analytics on client portfolios and helps to support the firm's quantitative infrastructure. In addition, Juan trades interest rate and equity derivatives, as well as conducts risk analysis for derivative/hedging strategies.

Prior to joining Penn Mutual Asset Management, Juan was a business development intern at Malpaso Ediciones where he gained experience in technical analysis and research. He was also a marketing strategy and planning intern at the American Cancer Society. In this role, Juan focused on research analysis and project management.

Juan graduated cum laude from Anderson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Financial Economics and a Master of Business Administration degree. As an undergraduate, Juan was named a scholar-athlete, student-athlete of the year and captain of the men’s tennis team. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Financial Analysis from Temple University.
